Endowment

Since CHT commits to providing permanently secure and affordable homes, we decided that we needed to build an endowment in order to support our operations and be responsible stewards of these community assets. In 2005, we established the Lois H. McClure Homes Forever Fund recognizing the leadership that Ms. McClure has displayed with her philanthropy. The Fund is administered by the Vermont Community Foundation and is an excellent option for those who wish to consider a planned, multi-year or strategic gift in support of our mission.
