Steve Vasseur Named Employee of the Quarter

On Friday, Senior Property Manager Steven Vasseur was recognized by his peers as the Champlain Housing Trust's Employee of the Quarter for his exemplary efforts leading our response to flooding at Cedar's Edge Apartments in December. A fire supression system failure in the building forced the evacuation of the building just days before Christmas

Steve showed great leadership, compassion and commitment to our tenants during this difficult time. He worked many long hours, came in on holidays and weekends to make sure the tenants were getting updates on the progress, to answer their questions, coordinate contractors and find housing for those displaced.
